NWLJ recognises the importance of these four elements of the game, with a focus on ball familiarity ensuring that players are comfortable to receive the ball whether under pressure to beat an opponent or not. Passing & Receiving is a prominent figure throughout the NWLJ training agenda, encouraging players to use different parts of both feet to maintain possession.
