Chartered Status Progress
All new managers & coaches were CRB checked.
Evidence of qualifications were provided. Role descriptions were created and circulated among the clubs workforce. Where needed, expired certifications such as the Emergency Aid qualification and the Safeguarding Children certificate were renewed. Members from the under 15's continued to support senior coaches during training sessions in order to obtain their Level 1 Coaching qualifications during the 2015-2016 season. Annual General Meetings were scheduled and meeting minutes were taken. Committee meetings were scheduled termly. |

NWLJ had 9 teams during the 2014-2015 season, and plan to increase the number of teams by one, to 10, for the 2015-2016 season, |
